Marbling on the woodwork panelling with a red & gold patina on low relief plaster, paint effects, oxidized metal, frescoes and panoramic views painted in the restaurant rooms. We spent an idyllic summer in the South-West of Ireland decorating a new hotel. It was on the site of old church buildings in Cahersiveen, a village on the 'Ring of Kerry', working with the Lisburn based sculptor, Michael Jones. Michael used a repeat mould to create a unique sculpted decoration for the reception area. We gave it a rich red patina with reflections of gold and bronze pigments.
